Free admission to community museums this weekend

Did you know that all of the community museums offer free admission on the first weekend of the month (Saturday or Sunday)?
The Museum of the Jewellery Quarter will be open for free this Saturday 6th August and Aston Hall, Blakesley Hall, Sarehole Mill and Soho House will have free admission on Sunday 7th August.
As well as free admission, there will be free milling demonstrations at Sarehole Mill on Sunday (subject to sufficient water in the millpond!).
Big Brum History Buz
Also on Sunday the Big Brum History Buz will be running its ‘Manufactories and Mansions’ open-top guided bus service to Soho House and Aston Hall – with additional stops at Aston Manor Transport Museum and the Pen Room Museum.
Tickets: £3 adults, children free. No prebooking available.
