Aston Hall, Blakesley Hall and Soho House provide a choice of spectacular and elegant locations for your dream wedding.
2nd June 2013
Did you know that Aston Hall, Blakesley Hall, Sarehole Mill and Soho House all offer free admission on the first weekend of the month during the Summer season?
Come along and see the newly refurbished mill machinery grinding flour at Sarehole Mill, or explore the atmospheric Lunar Room at Soho House where Matthew Boulton, James Watt, Erasmus Darwin and other members of the famous Lunar Society met to share their groundbreaking ideas and scientific discoveries.
If you are a fan of spectacular historic architecture, why not take a stroll around the 17th century splendour of Aston Hall – one of the England’s finest surviving Jacobean country houses? Or spend a pleasant hour or two exploring the tranquil gardens and Tudor decoration of timber-framed Blakesley Hall.
All the sites provide a wide range of fun quizzes, trails and games for all the family, and you can round off your visit with tea and cake in one of our attractive tearooms.
