From now until Christmas the bridge link between the Round Room and other galleries will be closed and BMAG will operate as two separate buildings.
As of Sunday 30th October and until Christmas 2011 there will be no public access from the end of the bridge link to all galleries and spaces beyond at Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery. This is to allow for building works in this area to take place and will result in the building having to operate as two separate sites during this period.
Access from the Chamberlain Square entrance will be to the Round Room, Bridge Link, Industrial Gallery, shop and restaurant only. Escorted access to these areas for wheelchair users will be via the Council House. Please see the Access page for more information or view the information about entrances on a map.
