Wheelchair users can access the Museum of the Jewellery Quarter by using the Branston Street entrance.
Inside the museum, a lift makes all areas accessible for wheelchair users only. Owing to space limitations in the factory area only one wheelchair can be accommodated at a time
There is no car park at the Museum of the Jewellery Quarter, but there is a pay and display car park on Vyse Street for 559 cars. There is also on street pay and display car parking in this area.

Visitors can communicate in their own language to ask questions or receive information.
Staff will phone the Language Line and visitors will be asked to speak to a linguist. The linguist will be able to act as an interpreter between the visitor and staff member. This service is offered at all sites.
Language Line has an extensive network of linguists who can translate up to 150 languages.
