Open Day at the Museum Collections Centre

Open Day at the Museum Collections Centre

Location: Museum Collections Centre

14th September 2014 - 14th September 2014

A chance to see behind the scenes and take a trip down memory lane at one of the country's largest museum stores.

With an eclectic range of objects, from cars and motorbikes to shoes, ceramics and sculpture, there is something of interest for the whole family.

As part of this special Open Day, visitors will be able to see the Grand finale of Birmingham museums' 'Summer of Circus' programme featuring a variety of acts inspired by the many wheeled objects at the site - take a look at our What's On entry for this event to find out more the circus activities at the Open Day.

Our conservation experts will also be on hand to demonstrate and discuss how they care for and clean the collections.

This page will be updated as our open Day programme develops.
