A day designed for people who enjoy photography at any level and on cameras, tablets or your phone! 10.30 - 4.30. Tickets are £10 per adult and £5 per student (we will need to see your student id card on the day).
Do you enjoy taking snaps on your phone? Got a camera and don't make use of all its functions? Want to bring a tripod and spend time taking photos of our amazing collections? Want to see how you can make atmospheric films on a budget? This day will cater for all those needs and more as we open up our stores to photographers or every level.
The day will include presentations from local photographers and artists who have used our collections in creative ways. They will also be on hand during the day to help and advise you, whether you use a phone, a camera or a tablet on how to get the most out of your device.
The following presentations will run on the day - please note we will get you to sign up for them on the day and will ensure that everyone gets to at least two presentations if they wish:

Chris Keenan aka The Prime Objective
We are pleased to announce that Chris Keenan will also be on hand all day to help participants get creative with photography! He will be using light and lighting techniques in particular.
Helen Brown is an artist and video producer. Along with other techniques she uses video and sound in her work to explore methods of presentation and interpretation of artworks. Helen will be on hand during the day.
Tickets are £10 per head and £5 per student (with a current student ID which we will ask to see on the day).
