There is a programme of drop-in children’s workshops taking place during half term for T.rex – the Killer Question, and the summer holidays as well as family activities on several Saturdays throughout the summer. All events have a small charge, but are free for under 5s and for adults accompanying children.

Monday 31st May 11am – 4pm
Design a scary or friendly pop-up dinosaur card (AV Room, Gas Hall) – £1.50 per child (under 5s and adults – free of charge.)
Tuesday 1st June 11am – 4pm
Make a flying Pteradon that will sit on the side of a glass! (AV Room, Gas Hall) - £1.50 per child (under 5s and adults – free of charge.)
Wednesday 2nd June 11am – 4pm
Join popular artist Anne Brierley for a fun dinosaur art workshop (AV Room, Gas Hall) - £1.50 per child (under 5s and adults – free of charge.)
Thursday 3rd June 11am – 4pm
Create a dynamic dinosaur collage, using a variety of bright and fun materials! (AV Room, Gas Hall) - £1.50 per child (under 5s and adults – free of charge.)
Friday 4th June 11am – 4pm
Make a funky foam dinosaur-shaped door hanger (AV Room, Gas Hall) - £1.50 per child (under 5s and adults free of charge)
