More good news for Aston Hall

Shortlisted for regional heat of the RICS Awards 2010 (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).

Aston Hall has been shortlisted for a second prestigious award. Hot on the heels of the announcement that Aston Hall and Park have been shortlisted for a Museums and Heritage Award for Excellence comes the news that it has also been shortlisted forfor the regional heat of the most prestigious prize in the UK property industry - the RICS Awards 2010 (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).

Aston Hall has been shortlisted in the category of Building Conservation. Aston Hall and Park re-opened in 2009 following a £13 million development project.

Now in their 20th year the RICS Awards are widely acknowledged as an annual celebration of built and natural environment projects that demonstrate true excellence and commitment to value for money and sustainability.

Winners of the regional heat will be announced on 19th May 2010. The regional award winners will then go through to the national final which will be held in London in October.
