Free admission to Birmingham Community Museums this weekend

Did you know that all of the community museums offer free admission on the first weekend of the month (Saturday or Sunday)?
The Museum of the Jewellery Quarter will be open for free this Saturday 3rd September and and Aston Hall, Blakesley Hall, Sarehole Mill and Soho House will have free admission on Sunday 4th September.
As well as free admission there will be an opportunity to meet food historian Anna Meredith and Mick the Miller at Sarehole Mill on Sunday.
Big Brum History Buz
Also on Sunday the Big Brum History Buz will be running its 'Tolkien and Tudors' open-top guided bus service to Sarehole Mill and Blakesley Hall.
First bus 11.30 from Margaret Street. Tickets: £3 adults, children free. No prebooking available.
