Aston Hall

Disabled Access

Aston Hall is a grade I listed building so has no lift access to its upper floors. A virtual tour allows those visitors who are unable to climb the stairs to view the upstairs rooms.

Most of the ground floor areas of the house are accessible including the Great Hall and the Green Library. The cafe and shop are accessible and there is accessible parking and toilet facilities.

Baby Care

Baby care facilites are available.

Language Line

Visitors can communicate in their own language to ask questions or receive information.

Staff will phone the Language Line and visitors will be asked to speak to a linguist. The linguist will be able to act as an interpreter between the visitor and staff member. This service is offered at all sites.

Language Line has an extensive network of linguists who can translate up to 150 languages.
